Commonly known as ‘train-the-trainer’, our TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment course teaches the essential training and assessment activities – including how to design and develop learning programs; how to use training packages and accredited courses to meet the client needs, how to plan, organize and deliver group-based learning; how to facilitate learning in the workplace; and how to create, implement and manage assessment activities and processes.

COURSE FEES

  • Full course fee per participant is $ 1299.00

    For full fee paying students, Sherwood Institute of Australia will not accept payment of more than $1000 from each individual student prior to course commencement, and no more than $1500 at any given time for students who choose payment plans post the commencement of a course. For more information please check our 2016-2017 fees and charges policy and procedure and statement of fees. This represents the total non-government subsidised portion of essential training costs for the participant to undertake the qualification. This fee includes enrolment charges, tuition, services, materials fees and all other costs associated with delivering the training and assessment services and awarding the qualification to the participant.

After achieving TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, candidates may undertake TAA50104 Diploma of Training and Assessment or may choose to undertake TAE70110 Vocational Graduate Certificate in Adult Language, Literacy and Numeracy Practice

    Core Competency

    The full qualification “Certificate IV in Training and Assessment” requires participants to complete 10 units competency to attain the qualification. This course includes seven (7) core units and three (3) elective units. Our standard program covers the following units of competency:
