• Grain processing (including stock feed, animal feed, milling wheat, barley oats and flour milling)
• Beverage (including juices, soft drinks, cordials, aerated and still waters, energy drinks and other modified beverage such as vitamin and antioxidant beverages, coffee, tea and ice)
• Confectionery
• Fruit and vegetable
• Grocery products and supplies (including honey, jams, spreads, sauces, dressings, condiments, spices, edible oils and fats and pasta)

  • Full course fee per participant is $ 5000.00.

    For full fee paying students, Sherwood Institute of Australia will not accept payment of more than $1000 from each individual student prior to course commencement, and no more than $1500 at any given time for students who choose payment plans post the commencement of a course.     There are no entry requirements for this qualification. Students are required to undertake a Language, Literacy, and Numeracy test prior to commencing the training and must possess basic level of mathematics equivalent to a school sector Year 10 standard.
